LASE Cosmetic was a new business when we took on Deliver Media, who we were introduced to by a mutual contact. We had a clean slate, as a medical business we wanted to create a clinical but welcoming looking site and Deliver Media were positive and encouraging from the first meeting.

The needs of a medical business differ from some others. We are ethically bound to not exaggerate any claims, avoid common marketing practices whilst still being welcoming and attractive to a potential patient. The development of the website needed to consider all such matters.

I have monthly meetings with Deliver Media where we discuss the latest areas to focus our SEO based on the needs of the business. Month on month we see evidence of the positive effect this has and our patients confirm this by the fact they often find us through a standard web search for relevant services.

Nobody ever found us online. Literally they would find a local solicitor who had died 3 years ago before us. The website just wasn’t bring in new customers at all.

We had 3 websites before we started with Deliver, we paid for SEO too but still no one found the site. Even when I google us myself we didn’t show up. We just needed to pay for something that was effective.

It made me revalue the website content, the customer focus of the site as it was too generic before. It helped me understand the importance of having a strategic plan for our website and digital marketing.

The jargon free monthly meetings with detailed feedback on how things are going, all explained very clearly. In the past we’ve been treated as if we do not understand what’s going on, so we were just given woolly explanations as to why things we’re not happening etc.

Simply new clients that would not have otherwise found us. Whilst the figures are great, (from a handful of visits to almost 400 per month, and from no quotes to over 100 a month in just a few months), its helping many more clients we wouldn’t have been able to reach before that is most important.

I honestly don’t know, we tried a bespoke design as opposed to an off the peg design, so I got the impression that the website itself was good, but it clearly lacked sufficient SEO work to work properly. Bearing in mind before we started with you we had that website for 6 years and initially I was always fobbed of that it takes time etc, but we had 6 years and nobody was finding us. So I’m not sure why, but now don’t need to know how, as you guys have done it!
