We are a fast growing and innovative Digital Marketing agency based in Birkenhead, Wirral.
We are looking for a passionate, self-driven and creative Graphic designer who can manage multiple projects at one time to help us deliver a top-class service to our long-standing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create the design and layout of a website which takes into account UX and UI.
- Production of sales and marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, email templates, exhibitions, social media, presentations and other visuals.
- Establish clients and company’s direction as well as brand guidelines.
- Work closely with clients ensuring end to end projects are on track.
- Manage multiple projects at one time, ensuring internal systems and clients are updated at all times where required.
- Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
- Review and present final artwork to clients and manage additional changes as required.
- Be open to working with a wide range of media.
Qualifications/Experience
To ensure that you are able to contribute and work effectively within our team, we are asking for the following:
- Degree qualified in Graphic Design or related field.
- 4 years proven experience of working effectively as part of a team, within an agency background.
- Proficient in design based applications such as Figma, Adobe Creative to include Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- After Effects and Premiere Pro experience or other video editing software is preferable.
- Experienced in dealing directly with clients and managing their expectations.
- Strong creative abilities.
- An understanding of end-to-end customer needs, journeys, and behaviours.
- Keen to problem solve and find solutions to improve internal practices, taking a proactive approach to implement any changes.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
- Strong ability to work autonomously but also within a team environment.
- Strong team ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple projects at one time, meeting tight deadlines.
- Competent on all MS packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
